	Edward I. O’Brien III
	Edward I. O’Brien III is Chairman of Sophis Investments LLC. Mr. O’Brien has over 37 years financial industry experience in a variety of management roles. Mr. O’Brien began his career at Prudential Bache Securities, where he spent 20 years in Fixed Income, eventually becoming Senior Vice President and Director of Government Agency underwriting & trading. Mr. O’Brien then spent eight years at Keefe, Bruyette and Woods as Executive Vice President & member of the firm’s Management Committee. After KBW, Mr. O’Brien joined Guggenheim Securities as Managing Director, and later M&R Capital Management, an SEC-registered investment adviser for four years. Mr. O’Brien served on the board of advisors of Alexander Capital L.P., a registered broker-dealer. Mr. O’Brien is involved in a variety of charitable and philanthropic endeavors, including as former trustee of Fordham Preparatory School, Chairman of Fordham University’s President’s Council, and Chairman of the leadership committee of the Archdiocese of New York’s Cardinal’s Appeal. Mr. O’Brien was born in New York, NY. He earned an undergraduate degree from Fordham University.

	Tassos D. Recachinas, CFA is Founder, President & Chief Investment Officer of Sophis Investments LLC. Mr. Recachinas previously served as an Investment Analyst at Pirate Capital LLC, an activist and event-driven hedge fund sponsor. Mr. Recachinas began his career as an Equity Research Associate at Raymond James & Associates, where he provided institutional equity research coverage on Defense Electronics & Mobile Data Technology securities. Mr. Recachinas served on the Board of Directors of The Allied Defense Group, Inc., a multinational defense company, as well as a member of its Strategic Review and Compensation Committees. Mr. Recachinas has helped advise a variety of companies spanning a broad array of industries to maximize shareholder value. Mr. Recachinas was born in Washington D.C. and raised in Fairfield, CT. He earned a B.S. summa cum laude, Mechanical Engineering concentration in Aerospace Engineering, from The George Washington University, as a member of the university’s Honors program. He spent one year at The University of Oxford, Pembroke College. Mr. Recachinas is a CFA® charterholder.

	Vijay S. Malik is a Principal of Sophis Investments LLC. Mr. Malik previously served as General Manager of Everest Group LLC, a family office firm in Omaha, NE. Mr. Malik began his career as an associate and assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of World Trade Center owner Silverstein Properties, after which he joined Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP as an Analyst followed by Tishman Speyer Properties as Associate. Mr. Malik was born in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Malik earned an undergraduate degree from Brown University, and spent one year at The University of Oxford, Pembroke College. Mr. Malik earned a law degree from Creighton University.
	George V. Merrill, JD, MBA
	George V. Merrill, JD, MBA is Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Sophis Investments LLC. Mr. Merrill has over 40 years portfolio management experience, including at: Northern Trust Corporation, where he became Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager & member of the Stock Selection Committee; The Bank of New York Mellon, as Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager & member of the Personal Asset Management Equity Investment Committee; and most recently M&R Capital Management, Inc., as Senior Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager. Mr. Merrill is a licensed attorney admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and was born in New York City. He earned an undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Harvard College, a JD from Harvard University Law School, and an MBA from Columbia University.

	Walter Edward (Skip) Auch, Jr. is Managing Director at Sophis Investments LLC. Mr. Auch began his career at Paine, Webber, Jackson & Curtis, Inc., where he became VP, Syndication, and then Floor Manager on the NY Futures Exchange, becoming a member of its first Board. Mr. Auch then served as VP at Thomson McKinnon Securities, followed by VP, Underwriting & Syndication at Kidder Peabody & Co. Inc. Mr. Auch later served at Citicorp Securities Markets, Inc. in its fixed income sales & trading training course, and assistant to the President at PaineWebber Inc. & White Plains, NY Branch Manager. Mr. Auch subsequently served as Representative at Nutmeg Securities, VP at FSC Securities Corporation, VP at Nutmeg Securities, Investment Executive at Searle & Co., VP at veteran-owned Drexel Hamilton LLC, VP at Midtown Partners, and SVP at Herbert J. Sims & Co., Inc. Mr. Auch served as a member of the board of directors of Renaissance Capital LLC, a leader in IPO investing. Mr. Auch was born in New York, NY. Prior to entering the securities business, Mr. Auch served as a commissioned Officer (1 Lt.) in the Republic of Viet Nam and Fort Leonard Wood, MO with the U.S. Army.
